Buying from several sellers can lead to multiple China domestic parcels. Consolidation may simplify international forwarding by collecting eligible parcels at an agreed warehouse.
Before ordering, confirm the receiving warehouse address and the exact customer identifier with the forwarding agent. Do not send cargo to an unconfirmed address.
Keep each supplier tracking number, item list, approximate weight and declared value. Check whether fragile goods, liquids, batteries or other regulated items are accepted on the selected route.
Ask how repacking, storage, volumetric weight, tax treatment and last-mile delivery are charged. Combining parcels does not automatically guarantee a particular savings percentage.
Request a written quotation after the cargo dimensions and destination postcode are known.
